Position
We are expanding our firm and are interested in recruiting an Administrator to join our team of 30 professionals on a permanent basis. The role will involve working closely with all levels in the firm in a top-class accountancy practice based in Galway city. The firm has ambitions to grow and be top in its class and is looking for someone with this mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience office based administration work, ability to work with multiple staff members on an ongoing basis and manage a varied workload. The candidate will have strong computer and communication skills and will have a confident manner dealing with clients and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate as a receptionist answering client calls and meeting and greeting visiting clients
Co-ordinate client onboarding process working with staff to ensure systems are followed and new clients are set up correctly
Manager support – chase records from clients, set up of files on the system
Scanning of client records
Support Office Manager with management of the office environment tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
