Job Title : Administrator – Probate
Reporting to : Immediate Solicitor/Partner
Location: Limerick, on-site, full time
Role Purpose
To provide administrative support for a busy probate department, ensuring the smooth running of client matters, efficient file management and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Open, maintain and close files.
- AML compliance.
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and monitoring deadlines.
- Photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving of documents.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining estate accounts, ledgers and financial statements.
- Process payments, lodgements and invoices as directed.
- Maintain up to date case management systems and databases.
- Act as first point of contact for client queries.
- Prepare standard letters.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional manner when dealing with clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a legal, financial or professional services office desirable (probate/private client experience a distinct advantage but not necessary).
- Strong administrative background required.
