We are looking for a Community Centre Attendant to join out team in Swords, Co Dublin
Working pattern: Monday- Sunday average of 10-25 hours per week mostly evening and weekend shifts.
Job Description:
Your duties shall include, but are not limited to:
- Act as point of contact for Centre Enquiries.
- Provide a welcome and warm environment
- Responsible for opening/closing of Centre
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Managing the Purchasing System (JDE).
- Overseeing the Access Controls system.
- Maintaining the contractors' file.
- Maintaining security of the premises in line with the Centre's procedures.
- Keeping the cleaners' file up to date.
- Refilling reception stationary supplies.
- Issuing permits for contractors.
- Handling ad hoc copying and scanning requests.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Must be fluent in English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Excellent planning and organizing abilities.
- Have a positive, friendly, outgoing disposition and display a 'can do' attitude.
- Full driving licence and own transport an advantage.
- Must have a proven work and attendance record.
