Role Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You'll serve as a key contact between the customer and our internal teams and production, helping to drive sales and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the lighting and electrical industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors
- Provide product recommendations and technical support tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction
- Track project timelines, quotes, and order status
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as needed
- Stay updated on product lines, market trends, and competitive activity
Ideal person:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools (sage desirable)
- Self-motivated, organised, and solution-oriented
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
