We are currently recruiting Reception / Concierge team members to join our new co-living apartment development at Liberties House.
Job Description:
The Receptionist / Concierge is responsible for providing a high level of service to residents and guests of the co-living development. Duties include:
- Deliver a positive customer focused environment and put the resident at the centre of everything you do with a focused on delivering an excellent resident experience.
- Consistently display a positive attitude and cheerful spirit in all duties and interactions with residents, property managers and contractors
- Day to day management of Residents App including but not limited to monitoring and responding to amenity requests, parcel deliveries and maintenance items.
- Manage resident access via control of Key fobs and mobile device access technology.
- Facilitate social forums on Residents App such as online community notice board, fitness classes, book club, networking groups etc
- Monitor and contribute to online community notice boards and social forums to promote interaction among residents
- Actively host, promote and participate in the organising and monitoring of monthly and quarterly social and community events for residents
- Review resident and visitor feedback regularly to identify successes and opportunities in the resident experience and creating solutions to resolve issues and identify opportunities to deliver best in class service in conjunction with the Property Manager.
- Participate in regular check ins with the Property Manager to share issues, resident feedback to drive resident satisfaction levels and deliver on targets and expectations.
- Work closely with Property Manager to ensure complaint cases are dealt with in timely and positive manner via our Residents App.
- Work with lettings and the property managers to ensure all move-ins are coordinated to deliver a positive experience on move in and move out for example checking of apartments before letting team arrives or resident arrive.
- Introduce/Re introduce yourself to new residents within first week of occupation and check in to offer any assistance and or pass on to Property Manager where relevant.
- Manage mail/package delivery and distribution to all residents.
- Day to day management of the amenity spaces including booking coordination for gym and residents’ lounges.
- Conduct daily patrols of the development to review and ensure they are maintained to an exceptional standard at all times, ensuring that upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of communal parts looking for safety concerns, maintenance items, lighting, cleaning needs, and lease violations using checklist. Initiate positive resident contact if appropriate
- Assist the Property Manager in acknowledging and addressing resident maintenance requests to include identification of Landlord or resident issues and managing expectations with regard to timelines a proactive and positive way
- Manage contractor sign-in logs to ensure efficient details and protection
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the property/hospitality/hotel industry is a distinct advantage
- Fluent in English
- Full time role only
