Summary:
To support the delivery of the CRM Beneficiary strategy and roadmap, ideating and executing multi-channel lifecycle journeys, and continuously optimising performance through data-driven insights and testing. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical CRM knowledge, and strategic thinking to engage, retain, and grow our Beneficiary base.
Requirements
- Main responsibility will be the delivery of best in class email campaigns
o writing creative briefs,
o writing copy/content,
o briefing creative team,
o updating landing pages & creation of promocodes,
o building newsletters and creation of target audiences
o Creating competitions, engagement quizzes and promotions
o Collaboration with key stakeholders e.g. Trading, Legal, Brand
- Optimising of Triggered (Lifecycle) communications and implementation of new ones
- Creation and sending of Mobile Push in line with CRM strategy and planning
- Reporting on the performance of market email communications
o Provision of insights to optimise market communications
Essential Competencies/ skills :
1-2 year’s experience with email marketing or other suitable background (required)
- Efficient with excellent attention to detail
- Strong creativity
- Strong organisation skills
- Analytical
- Strong competency in English

- Knowledge CRM tools an advantage but training will be provided
- Basic knowledge in html/CSS an advantage but training will be provided
- Interest in Data analytics a plus
- Knowledge of Power BI an advantage
- Fluency in another European language an advantage e.g. Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch etc
- Experience working in a fast-paced organisation
