Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Manage and grow our social media presence across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media and search engines.
Analyse and report on website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate online promotions, collaborations with influencers, and email marketing campaigns.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
A third-level qualification (degree) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in managing successful social media and digital advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Skills: Extensive experience in the e-commerce sector, particularly with market planning and promotional strategies.
Knowledge of the beauty or consumer goods industry.
Experience in marketing to diverse consumer demographics, with experience related to the East Asian market considered a significant advantage.
