The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a balance of creative thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage content creation, social media, email marketing, and advertising initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Oversee the company’s brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with other department managers to support business goals.
- Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics based on data insights.
- Manage yearly Marketing Budget including Sponsorship opportunities which are relevant to the Century Complex Brand.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
