Kelsius is recruiting for the role of Document & Tender Administrator to join the Quality Team, reporting to the Quality manager.
The Document & Tender Administrator will manage and maintain records related to sales tenders and quality supplier questionnaires.
With input from various stakeholders the Document & Tender Administrator will be responsible for building and maintaining an effective content repository, completing customer questionnaires, completing tender applications etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal teams, including Quality, Sales, Product Management, Support and others to gather any input required.
- Document verification.
- Build and maintain an effective content repository using AI.
- Completion of customer questionnaires.
- Completion of tender applications.
- Completion of other applications.
- Maintain electronic copies of completed documents.
- Lead the ESG committee and submit annual ESG applications.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A third-level qualification, such as a degree in Business or Project Management would be an advantage.
- Have strong organisational skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Have the ability to produce written reports and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet targets and to cope under demanding pressure.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn as you go and develop quickly.
- Strong time management skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients, projects and priorities simultaneously
