What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing a well-known charity through door-to-door fundraising, inspiring long-term monthly support.
- Focusing on hitting and exceeding your own KPIs – with strong earning potential through uncapped commission.
- Providing occasional support (approx. 20% of your time) to new starters in the field, helping with on-the-job learning, confidence-building, and encouragement.
Requirements
Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising/sales (door-to-door, street fundraising, or events).
A full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Ideally based in a city centre for easy team collection and drop-off.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset.
A passion for making a difference and engaging with the public.

Benefits
Location: Nationwide
Salary: €30,000 base + €12,000 performance bonus (uncapped earning potential)+ fuel card
Additional Perks: €7 daily lunch allowance (€1,750+ per year)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (6-month fast-track to Team Leader)
Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
On-Target Earnings (OTE): €43,750+ per year, with no limit on overachievement
