eCommerce Content & EPOS Administrator – Anthony Ryans
The Content Administrator will be responsible for collecting, updating and publishing product information on our website and EPOS systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the listed content is up to date and of high quality.
Daily tasks:
· Online and EPOS Catalogue management for fashions (menswear, ladieswear, childrenswear)
· Liaising with department buyers so correct products are listed on both our EPOS and website
· Collecting product data (pricing, description, linking similar products for cross selling)
· Uploading new products, imagery, videos etc. to the online store
· Run promotions on the website
· Process and fulfil web orders
· Assist in the day to day communications with our online development partner
· Liaising with marketing and social media for online promotions and sales
· Monitor competitor/other sites for ideas & opportunities
Skills:
· Excellent user of Microsoft Excel
· Creative writing skills for describing products
· Knowledge of database creation and management
· Experience in EPOS systems an advantage
· Strong communication skills
· An interest in both fashion & homewares
· Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
· Experience in web development projects an advantage
