Objective of the Role
Looking for a candidate to start immediately.
To oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role, although based from our offices in Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon, involves regular international travel. It will require you to lead teams, manage resources, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
· Manage and motivate teams of electricians, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
· Attend project sites to carry out internal audits on work completed, flagging and resolving issues as they arise ensuring the Operations Director is informed
· Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
· Monitor project costs and ensuring they remain within the allocated budget.
· Ensure that all electrical work is performed to the required standards and meets relevant regulations and safety codes.
· Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
· Complete weekly reports of progress and share with relevant stakeholders
· Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the project.
· Ensure all project documentation is complete, final payments are processed, and the project is formally closed

Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
