Our bar at the 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide is looking for a talented Bar Tender to join our friendly team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a bar role
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent guest service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Your Role Will Include:
- Crafting a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails and beverages
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Recommending drinks and offering detailed product knowledge to guests
- Assisting with stock control, inventory management, and health & safety compliance
- Positive can do attitude with excellent work ethic
