Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Actioning fleet requests group wide
- Raising purchase orders & general admin for fleet hire and purchases
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is received from drivers
- Onboard new suppliers
- Notifying the involved for taking appropriate action on the pending documents and invoices
- Manage all fleet service for projects in Europe
- Ensuring all vehicles insurance, tax and other relevant vehicle paperwork is kept up to date
- Ensuring all vehicles are certified to be road worthy
- Oversee the fines administration
- Database/Register Maintenance
- Processing invoices
- General office management duties associated with this role.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Essential Criteria for the Role:
- Strong administration skills.
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Pride in the quality and presentation of work
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry
- Experience using SAP
- Languages
