Passive House Systems are distributors of products used during the construction of low energy buildings. Our customers are builders merchants throughout the UK and Ireland.
Because of continued growth, we are looking to fill the following (new) role, which will be based in our Ballincollig offices.
Fulfilment & Logistics Administrator
- Take a leadership role in the movement of goods from any location in the world and delivering to any of our warehouses.
- Take leadership of any intercompany material transfers. Including the sale process on SAGE.
- Take responsibility for fulfilling special customer orders, including liaising with collection points and the customer.
- Obtain Customs import declaration (SAD) from the freight forwarder/clearing agent and ensure customs duties, VAT/postponed VAT have been calculated correctly.
- Interface with the agents and plan collections from the port, without be penalised for late handling.
- Interface with the warehouse personal about unloading requirements.
- Continually review freight and transportation rates to keep costs at a minimum where possible
- Maintain precise records and provide weekly and monthly reports as necessary
- Manage changes to further streamline the shipping and transportation process
Experience :
You should have at least 3 years experience is dealing with logistical companies, customs agents and internal sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €34,000.00-€43,454.87 per year
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
