We are seeking an experienced Group Hotel Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across our portfolio. This pivotal role will optimize pricing, distribution, and market positioning to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability, working closely with the Group Financial Controller, GM, Sales, and Marketing teams.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies for multiple hotels within the group.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand forecasts.
- Optimize room rates, inventory allocation, and distribution channels to achieve revenue targets.
- Produce regular revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies across departments.
- Drive adoption of best practices in revenue management systems and tools.
- Train and support property-level teams on revenue optimization techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in a multi-property or group hotel environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, or similar) and PMS/CRS tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of distribution channels (OTA, GDS, direct).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
