TikTok's Trust & Safety team is dedicated to creating a safe and positive environment for our global community. We work tirelessly to protect users from harmful content and behaviors while fostering authentic connections and creative expression. Our ADSO (Ads and SMB, Data, Safety, Operations) function combines cutting-edge technology with human expertise to maintain the highest standards of platform safety and integrity. As we continue to scale globally, we need strategic HR partners who can support our teams through rapid growth, complex organizational changes, and the unique challenges of operating in the Trust & Safety domain.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 4-5 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Specifically, you will:
- Translate complex business transformation agendas into comprehensive HR roadmaps, supporting organizations through scaling, downsizing, consolidations, and restructuring initiatives while ensuring strategic alignment across multiple regions.
- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization.
- Coach business leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics.
- Design, monitor, and measure HR Metrics/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.
- Play a role in the design and execution of business restructures, and critical workforce planning initiatives and identify critical succession planning needs.
- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; design fit-for-purpose goal-setting agendas including 360 performance evaluations, and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.
- Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization including rolling out action plans and guiding leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business.
