Responsibilities
- Create and manage bookings with both deep-sea and short-sea suppliers
- Complete any relevant documentation in a timely manner, to ensure connection with suppliers deadlines.
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Monitor suppliers sailing schedule and ensure all customers are kept up to date on the arrival/delivery status of their goods.
- KPI reporting as required by customers.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, customer service and communication skills
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role required
- Fluent English essential
- Ability to speak a second language (preferred not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
