We are currently seeking a professional and personable Accounts Clerk/Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a candidate who is organised, discreet, and comfortable working in a respectful, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Calls
- Deal professionally with the public
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers regarding account queries
- Support month-end and year-end financial preparations
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be:
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Flexible in their approach and willing to assist across different areas of the business
- Organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
