Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and creative Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to support our growing health and safety consultancy business. This dual-role position combines digital marketing duties with essential office administration tasks, ideal for someone proactive and adaptable with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Duties
- Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Write and edit content for the website and newsletters
- Track digital engagement analytics and prepare basic reports
- Coordinate with external vendors (graphic designers, printers, etc.)
Administrative Duties
- Handle correspondence from subcontractors
- Maintain digital filing systems and client databases
- Prepare presentations and documentation for client proposals
- Support onboarding and compliance processes for trainers
- Provide general support to the Managing Director and operations team
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in marketing, office administration, or both
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a professional services or consultancy environment is an advantage
