Summary: We are currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Media Sales Administrator to enhance the operations of Tesco Media's Sales Team. This position involves providing essential administrative support and coordination to ensure the effective management of media campaigns and seamless account oversight. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and actively contribute to the growth of Tesco Media and its clients.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly update systems, including new bookings, contracts, pipeline management, and invoicing for media campaigns.
- Assist the Media Sales Team in building audiences and segmentations for media campaigns.
- Provide comprehensive post-campaign measurement and analysis.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Identify and implement efficiencies and innovative processes within the team and across broader Tesco Media teams.
- Collaborate with various teams across Tesco Media, managing tasks with a high level of organization and prioritization.
