Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to support our sales team and showroom operations. This role involves customer interaction, appointment scheduling, administration, and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, team-focused environment and who is highly organised with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and schedule home survey appointments for sales consultants.
- Assist the field sales team with documentation and product samples.
- Process incoming customer orders and issue acknowledgements.
- Greet showroom visitors and assist with product inquiries.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to manage and optimise appointments.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming calls and mail.
- Maintain the reception and showroom area to a high standard.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional phone manner.
- Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
