Joseph T. Mullen & Co, a growing and reputable accountancy/audit firm based in Clara, Co. Offaly, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office/Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and reception duties
- Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry
- Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial and accounting records
- Liaising with clients, responding to queries professionally and promptly
- Supporting the team with any ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Previous experience in a similar office or accounts role
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar) is an advantage but not necessary
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible working hours (25 hours per week)
