Job Summary: We are currently recruiting for a dual role of an Accounts Payable and Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the accounts team.
Accounts Payable Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and accurately process supplier invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Match purchase orders and receipt dockets with corresponding invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness, while obtaining and verifying all necessary approvals before processing payments.
- Coordinate and process supplier payment runs, ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding payment inquiries and issues.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Bank Reconciliations – reconciling bank accounts daily.
Sales Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process sales orders from wholesale customers and sales representatives.
- Ensure product availability by proactively coordinating with customers and supply requirements, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Co-ordinate stock orders with the production department to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery.
- Organize deliveries, ensuring effective communication with hauliers and transport providers.
- Daily stock management & reconciliations.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support sales representatives by producing necessary reports and ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Assist with a range of administrative and office duties, such as document filing, ad hoc tasks, and supporting daily operating needs
The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years in accounts payable / sales coordinator or similar role.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is vital for this role.
- The ability to communicate effectively and take direction.
- The ability to work under pressure, balance priorities, and meet strict deadlines is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT Skills and experience with Accounting Software packages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel & Outlook
- Flexibility and willingness to help other colleagues to meet deadlines.
- A team player and ability to work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
