Our client, a well established company in the Kingscourt area, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
. Sales order entry on Sage 50
. Invoice entry onto Sage 50 and bank reconciliation for Fitting Facilities and Hangar Doors
. Enter production coil numbers onto ISO tracking sheet each day
. Take phone call, circulate messages, process and respond to emails when required
. Take payments (card, cash or cheque) securely and professionally when required
. Prepare and send quotations to customers if required
. Scan and archive job sheets, signed delivery dockets and install report sheets onto system
regularly
. Purchase invoice entry for Paramount doors onto Sage 50
. Assist other office staff with administrative duties when required to ensure a smooth and
professional operation
