Omnium offers an investment platform solution for financial advisors and retail clients engaged in the business of wealth and investment management. Omnium allows their clients to access global stock markets, leading fund managers and various investment structures. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst with knowledge of Python, Excel and Power BI to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment operations, data analysis, and digital process management.
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will provide operations and technical support including but not limited to:
- Onboarding clients onto the platform.
- Reconciliation of data in relation to trades, cash & stock transfers, corporate actions. Participate in Process Improvement and Business Development Projects.
- Drafting policies and procedures.
- Develop strong relationships with both internal & external parties. Develop a well-rounded knowledge of the firms offering.
- Manage social media pages. Update our website with content.
Annual Remuneration: EUR 34,000 Annually
Location of Employment: Suite 1, Beacon Mall, Sandyford
Hours of work: 35 hours/ week
Qualifications
- Ideally candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Power BI, Python, Excel, Photoshop adobe illustrator mandatory.
- 6 months of relevant work experience. Further education may be required. Key Competencies:
- Strong computer language skills and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages in a clear manner.
- Self-starter, enthusiastic, flexible and motivated to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
