Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Indicative shifts: 7:00–15:30 or 9:00–17:30

We are looking for a highly organised and compassionate Operations Support Coordinator to help ensure quality care is delivered on time and with heart. In this fast-paced, rewarding role, you’ll coordinate schedules for care assistants, ensuring every client receives the support they need to remain safe and comfortable in their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and allocate care assistants efficiently based on availability, skillset, and client preferences
- Manage staffing for new client referrals and changes to existing care plans
- Monitor rotas, ensuring coverage for holidays, sick leave, and emergency situations
- Liaise with managers to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports
- Communicate with care staff, clients, and families with empathy and clarity
- Support other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Clear, confident communicator with a calm, supportive manner
- A strong sense of empathy and commitment to high-quality care
- Good IT and admin skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in scheduling, logistics, or support services an advantage
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator in a Home Care setting is preferred but not essential
- Understanding of confidentiality in care services
- Local area knowledge and a valid driving license preferred
- A third-level qualification is advantageous but not required
