Lead the day-to-day operation on the floor—visible, hands-on, and data-led—to ensure high product quality, accurate stock, on-time fulfilment, and a motivated, continuously improving team.
1) Lead from the floor
- Maintain a high level of visibility with fulfilment staff; use a hands-on, daily communication approach (Slack for internal communication, Trello for task management).
- Involve the team in problem solving; discuss and resolve spontaneous issues, and take note of problems for swift remedial action.
2) Quality & Standard Work
- Ensure product/service quality through the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures while ensuring standards are followed.
- Track errors and customer returns; take initiative to drive corrective actions.
- Ensure HACCP and batch codes are up to date.
3) Continuous Improvement & Issue Resolution
- Spot process-related problems early and support the team to take corrective and preventive actions.
- Use personal initiative to resolve issues as they appear in order to complete necessary tasks.
- Document and update SOPs that can be understood by all team members.
4) Fulfilment, Embroidery & Warehouse Operations
- Ensure on-time, accurate dispatch (pick/pack accuracy).
- Oversee stock counts and help keep the stock system accurate (training provided).
- Support ordering & delivery tracking to avoid low-stock / stock-outs on key SKUs.
5) People, Planning & Communication
- Track and communicate Key Performance Indicators for the team.
- Liaise with customers to process order fulfillment where required.
- Collaborate with the remote team for admin / data analysis / digital marketing to ensure remote staff have tasks and resources in place.
- Video/photo content from fulfillment each week for the digital marketing team.
- Set clear KPIs/SLA targets per role (e.g., pick accuracy, order cycle time, data turnaround time)..
- Hold fortnightly 1:1s focused on goals, blockers, and development.
What you bring:
- Experience working production/fulfilment/warehouse teams in a hands-on environment.
- Solid grasp of standard work, basic quality tools, and continuous improvement.
- Confident with basic reporting/KPIs/SOPs.
- Takes personal initiative to resolve problems.
- Familiarity with inventory/stock systems (training provided).

Pay: €15.00-€18.50 per hour
