Job Overview:

The IVF Clinic Coordinator will;

be responsible for answering all incoming calls/email enquiries.
be responsible for contacting enquiries that have come into us to through social media and determine what type of treatment the patient is looking for and suitable for and book patients accordingly.
dealing with patient queries by portal messages/email/social media.
monitoring and responding to comments and messages on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter or any other social media outlets where appropriate.
day to day diary management of the clinic.
reception duties, meet & greet, checking patients into the clinic for their appointment at reception and taking payments.
open/closing procedures

Responsibilities and Duties: Patient Coordinator

Responsible for answering all incoming calls/messages and emails.
Running the social media outlets by monitoring and responding to comments.
Responsible diary management ensuring all patients are confirmed for their appointment.
Responsible for following up with each patient and booking further appointments as requested by Nurse/Doctor.
Responsible for payments and ensuring each patient has cleared their outstanding balances for each procedure/test booked before attending their appointment.
Following up with any cancellations and arranging a further consultation/appointment where appropriate.
End of day reports – Diary management and end of day email and reports to be completed each evening.

Works co-operatively and effectively with colleagues from own and other departments with different skills and objectives to achieve best outcome.
Open to new ideas with an ability to follow and implement protocols and procedures and clinic initiatives with his/her clinic colleagues.
Follows required procedures to ensure high quality of work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting from €33,000.00 per year with annual review
