Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Do you have excellent IT, administration, organisational and communication skills? We are looking for a dedicated Planning & Capacity Executive to join our dynamic team in Ardee, Co. Louth
What You'll Do:
- Lead team's of Care Coordinators, Care Planners, Care Schedulers and Branch Managers to achieve set targets and KPI's
- Drive performance in forward planning of scheduling for clients and carers
- Ensure annual leave is being planned appropriately across all offices and targets are being achieved.
- Drive annual leave planning in all teams - special focus on busy periods such as summer months, Christmas time and school/college restart periods.
- Identify issues with scheduling and planning and put appropriate solutions in place
- Ensure teams are meeting their % of permanent unfilled shift targets
- To set consistent standards for planning across all offices to ensure excellent standard of scheduling to achieve a quality service and optimise capacity utilisation
- Ensure clients receive the highest quality of care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Work/Life balance, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (on Fridays finish at 16:00)

Requirements:
- Strong Administration, IT, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service role (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous people Planning/Scheduling experience essential
- Experience of leading or managing a team in a changing environment
- Strong Planning and organisation skills
