Follain are recruiting for a Reception & E-commerce technician in Ballyvourney, Macroom Co. Cork. The candidate will need to have excellent English, be organised , IT literate and customer focused .
The successful candidate will need to have an understanding of online ordering systems, shipping platforms. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. Command of the Irish language is an advantage but not essential
Candidate's duties to include oversee all Follain reception activities and deal with all phone calls and enquires.
Fulfill orders through ecommerce platform ensuring timely order completion and timely dispatch of orders. Build and maintain stock for online offerings.
Follow up with any customer queries in a professional & timely manner
The role will be based on 5 day working week based onsite in Follain, and as this role is factory based candidate need to be located within daily commutable distances.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €16.00 per hour
