Fitz Scientific – Is a world class monitoring and testing team, that meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. Due to continued growth we now wish to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our Sales and Marketing Team providing essential administrative support.
Main Tasks include:
- To assist the sales and marketing team administration function.
- Prepare quotes for the sales team in a timely and accurate manner.
- Dealing with customer queries regarding pricing of services.
- Ensure filing is up to date, correctly filed and archived as required.
- Administration aspects of customer queries and reporting.
- Receive, process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports. Assist with organising sales meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information and sales data.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, analyse sales data and identify trends.
- Handling all inbound sales requests.
- Monitoring annual customers to ensure repeat business.
- Processing revisions to customer quotations.
- Assist in preparation of tender documentation for high value tenders.
- Price increase quote administration.
- Assist Customer Service team when required with with general customer queries.
Requirements
- Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) .
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Sales Administrative role or similar.
- Good standard of verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in written & spoken English is essential for this role
- Good IT skills including demonstrated experience in using Microsoft - Word and Excel.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and maintain accurate records.
- Have a customer focused approach with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues.
- Good understanding of sales processes, order management and customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be a good team player.
