Purpose
We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our clients lighting design team. This is an administrative role with opportunities to work closely with technical drawings, quotes, and product specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and design team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
- Update and maintain project tracking systems, CRM databases, and shared files.
- Help with the preparation of lighting schedules, specifications, and simple technical drawings (training will be provided).
- Coordinate deliveries and follow up on orders with suppliers.
- Organise and file documentation for ongoing projects.
- Provide general office and administrative support as required.
Qualifications/Experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and a willingness to learn.
Working arrangements
This is an onsite role.
