The Role:
The Spare Parts Agent is responsible for sales, and distribution of spare parts. This role involves interacting with customers, suppliers, Trade customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient supply of parts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a good understanding of inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts, providing technical support and product information as needed.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders on SAP, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts.
- Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to source and order spare parts and delivery schedules.
- Sales Support: parts sales through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of transactions, inventory movements, and customer interactions. Other duties as assigned e.g., Registration administration, assist team members where required.
- Other duties: May be required to assist other teams when necessary.
Key Skills and Experience:
· Candidate with at least 12 months of previous experience in a similar role
· Excellent attention to detail and strong, friendly telephone manner.
· Customer service skills and computer literacy are essential.
· Ability to work in a busy professional environment.
· Ability to use initiative.
· Fluent English speaker.
· SAP experiences an advantage

Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
