You will support our team as
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, communicating regularly to understand their needs and ensure we’re meeting expectations with urgency, flexibility, and care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, including contract reviews and seamless onboarding of new parts.
- Lead the quotation process for new and existing business opportunities - including preparing proposals and presenting to senior leadership for approval.
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, handling changes, updates, and expediting requests to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Act as the voice of the customer during new product builds and project execution, ensuring alignment and smooth coordination across internal teams.
- Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling demand plan to support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), business reviews, and annual budget preparation.
- Support business growth by partnering with the external BD team, attending trade shows or customer site visits as needed, and using CRM tools to track opportunities and generate reports.
- Contribute to key service and performance metrics, ensuring we meet contractual obligations and deliver consistent value to our customers.
- You’ll also support revenue forecasting, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives as part of a dynamic and supportive team
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred), with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar customer-facing or commercial operations role - ideally within medical device manufacturing.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, paired with excellent analytical and mathematical skills, high attention to detail, and advanced Excel proficiency (experience with SAP is a plus).
- Confident communicator with excellent influencing and presentation skills, including the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Proven project management experience and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset - comfortable working independently or as part of a multi-functional team.
- Highly organised, flexible, and professional, with a strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve continuous improvement goals.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%).
