Location: Hybrid – Dublin & Southeast Ireland
- Salary: €40,000 – €55,000 + bonus + commission
- Schedule: Mon–Fri | Full-time

What you’ll be doing:
- Be the friendly face (and sharp mind) behind the scenes of Karo’s client accounts
- Represent our company with pride, servicing our amazing clients
- Build and nurture strong relationships with those healthcare providers and workers
- Identify new opportunities — and grow!
- Problem-solve like a pro and handle objections with ease
- Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor moves & client needs
- Meet your targets — and celebrate the wins along the way
- Maintain a well-organised growth plan and keep records crystal clear
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of account management / sales experience (healthcare experience = big plus!)
- A people person through and through — personable, confident, empathetic
- Proven ability to hit targets (and ideally smash them)
- Resilience, hustle, and grit when the going gets tough
- Strong organisational skills — you're always two steps ahead
- Excellent written and verbal communication
