This position is based in Meta's EMEA Headquarters in Dublin.Account Manager, Italy Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue and year-on-year growth
- Build and manage relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges by using data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives
- Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers to grow their spend
- Identify growth opportunities and trends across the portfolio
- Effectively manage priorities and time in order to meet deadlines and administrative tasks
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
- Effectively prioritise tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations
- Articulate complex data stories in simple language to customers via day to day communications and regular presentation
- Customer management experience
- Team working skills and capacity to work in an international work environment with a passion for making an impact
- Present key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Meta
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Previous experience in customer sales, account management sales support, agency account management or consulting
