We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join our growing business in the property maintenance sector. This is a part-time (20-25 hours per week), permanent position based in Dublin 24. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong experience in financial administration and high-volume invoicing. We provide property maintenance services to a large portfolio of clients throughout Leinster. We’re a well organised team and training will be provided.
The Role
- Generate and issue high volumes of accurate customer invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Assist in weekly/monthly internal financial reporting
- Manage interactions and communications with clients
- Assist with reporting and statistics as required
The Person
- Previous experience in a financial administration, finance assistant, or accounts role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage accounting software is preferable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high transaction volumes and meet tight deadlines
Hours: 20-25 hours per week.
Office hours of work are 7.30am – 4.30pm. Part-time hours for this role will be agreed with successful candidate
Salary: €28,000 to €34,000 pro rata
