Accounts role for busy bar and restaurant in clare. Part time 25-30hours

9:30/10am -3/3:30pm
Monday to Thursday
Main Duties Include
- Reporting to Directors
- Data inputting into Accounts System
- Processing Invoices and preparing Vat Returns
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll Processing
- Generating all online banking payments
- Filing returns on ROS
- Preparation of weekly KPI reports for Management
- Assist with month end reporting
- ad-hoc duties as required
- Payroll weekly
- Prepare accounts to Trial Balance Stage a liaise with External Accountants
Requirements
- 2 Years' experience in similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Experience with sage accounting software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
