Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support in maintaining efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
Duties
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing
- Manage office correspondence and phone calls with professionalism
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper stock levels
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files accurately
- Use Microsoft Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Fluent in the English language
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computerised systems such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ad hoc duties which may arise in the day to day business of the office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
