Charleville Park Hotel are currently recruiting for Sales Administration Assistant to join our Sales Team.

Main purpose of the job:
To assist generate sales for Charleville Park Hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling sales enquiries, sales follow ups, and converting of enquiries
- Dealing with all bookings ensuring files and deposits are up to date in line with hotel guidelines
- Communicate business to the team
- Maintain contact with existing customers of the hotel ensuring their needs are being met and that Charleville Park Hotel is foremost in their minds to meet future hotel requirements
- When requested represent Charleville Park Hotel as required at exhibitions, trade fairs, events and promotions
- Maintain customer database records ensuring information remains current and sales relevant
- Conduct site inspections of the hotel to show the customers what Charleville Park Hotel has to offer and how it might meet their needs
- Cross-sell Group Hotel’s at every suitable opportunity and work with colleagues in group sales activity to maximise revenue
- Represent the Charleville Park Hotel at committees and any such organisations which may be beneficial to the Charleville Park Hotel
- Working closely with the General Manager to maintain all external means of communication with the customer to include all hotel brochures, website, advertising, promotions and sponsorship ensuring the information is accurate and reflective of Charleville Park Hotel branding and ethos and the wider group activities
- Work with other Heads of Departments to ensure an active sales culture within Charleville Park Hotel.
The Successful Candidate :
- Have previous experience in a similar role at 4* Hotel
- Have a friendly and outgoing manner
- Be well-presented and maintain a professional image at all times through appearance
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have fluent English, both verbal and written
- Should be highly motivated.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people.
- Capable of working on their initiative.
- Proven 1 year of sales administration experience would be an advantage.
