Annyalla Chicks Ltd is currently seeking to recruit an organised and customer-focused Administrative Assistant at our hatchery in Annyalla, Co. Monaghan. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations within the hatchery. The successful applicant will join an existing team in a busy office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the day-to-day management of reception, ensuring an efficient and welcoming reception service.
· Answer and redirect calls in a professional manner.
· Deal with specific queries as requested by customers.
· Maintaining and organising office files.
· Keep up to date with general administration duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
· Strong administration and reception experience.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work on own initiative.
· Attention to detail
· Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
