The Role
As an Assistant Manager, you and your team will spend time making sure that every single one of your guests enjoys a fantastic night out. Each visitor is a guest and unparalleled service is part of the mission statement.
With venues in key locations throughout Dublin, you will want to be part of this business which is growing at an exciting rate.
Responsibilities
· The customer service approach that will be implemented across the Clubs to ensure that all members and guests feel entertained and valued;
· Fostering a high-performance culture across the Bingo & Casino Operations by ensuring team members are performing to their full potential and capacity.
· The overall operational management of the Club and the attainment of business targets.
· Maximizing the financial performance of the business.
· Comply with legal and company guidelines in relation to areas as Health and Safety, gaming requirements, etc.
Skills and Experience
· Highly personable and excellent communicator
· Ability to lead from the front and to get results through others
· Experience within hospitality or relevant industry a bonus
· Strong customer orientation
· Excellent cash management experience
· Strong business acumen

Job Type / Category
Full Time Position: Assistant Venue Manager,
- Flexible working hours across a 7-day week (including weekends and evenings).
- 40 hours a week across 5 days per week.
