About Us:
Sea Church is one of Ireland’s most unique live event venues – a beautifully restored church by the sea, offering concerts, weddings, private events, and more. We’re part of the Flynn Cush Group, which also includes the Salty Dog Ballycotton, Cush Midleton and Ballycotton Sea Adventures.
We’re now looking for an experienced Event & Venue Supervisor to support our team in managing the day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the planning and execution of concerts, weddings, and private events
- Acting as the on-site contact for artists, clients, and guests
- Supervising event set-up, breakdown, and service delivery
- Liaising with catering, technical teams, and external suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and venue policies
- Providing excellent customer service and solving issues on the spot
- Supporting marketing and ticketing activities when needed
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our venue operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or venue operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Positive attitude, hands-on mentality, and a passion for live events
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
