As the Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, supporting the General Manager, and leading a dedicated team. You will oversee all aspects of the bar’s operation, from customer service and inventory management to staff development. We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help maintain our high standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Ensure smooth operation of all bar areas, delivering exceptional service to guests.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Manage customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure the bar maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Support staff development, including training and mentoring team members.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that enhances both staff morale and customer experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar bar management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Solid understanding of bar and restaurant operations, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude, willing to take initiative and resolve issues promptly.
