We are hiring Full time and part time Barista in Cafe Velo Carrigaline.
Dual Position: Barista
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages with precision and consistency.
- Create visually appealing latte art to enhance the customer's experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience at least 2 years.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.70-€14.50 per hour
