We are seeking a skilled Barista with previous professional barista experience.
This is not a training role – You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency, and providing excellent service to our customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to a high standard
Operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.) confidently and safely
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times
Restock supplies, assist with cleaning duties, and follow hygiene protocols
Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience as a barista in a coffee shop. Confident in making a full range of coffee beverages to a high standard. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
