Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including pints, cocktails, and local selections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area
- Contribute to a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
- Support the team during live music events and busy service periods
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous bar experience is preferred
- Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Enthusiastic about Irish hospitality, culture, and community
