Role Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house team at Aunty Lena’s. We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with an hourly rate of €13.50. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service, and thrives in a busy, friendly setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive service to all guests throughout their visit.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Maintain clean and well-presented tables and service areas.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
- Answer guest queries about the menu and make recommendations as needed.
- Handle transactions and operate the till system as required.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and appearance standards.
Qualifications:
- 1 years previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude and a passion for great service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Must have previous experience working in Ireland.
- Fluent English.
- References essential.
