Why We’re Hiring
As we scale up, we’re excited to welcome a Business Support & Admin Specialist who will play a key role in streamlining operations, elevating team efficiency, and driving our next phase of growth.
This is not your average admin job. You’ll be at the center of everything — operations, communication, product content, and business processes — all while learning how a fast-growing food company really works.
The Role – What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll work side-by-side (and sometimes virtually) with senior leadership, taking ownership of the day-to-day operations and digital coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shadowing the Managing Director and Sales Director — helping with schedules, planning, and follow-ups
- Owning admin tasks — grant applications, project paperwork, inventory, invoices, purchasing
- Building digital-first processes — turning messy routines into efficient, repeatable systems
- Capturing and sharing content — short videos/photos of products and production for our marketing team
- Managing cloud folders, files, digital assets
- Writing up SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) from instructions provided by the MD
- Acting as the digital brain in the room — whether that’s setting up tools or finding better ways to get work done

Bonus if You Have:
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Notion, Xero, Canva
- Previous experience in a startup, food brand, or wellness business
- Basic content creation skills (filming/editing short videos)
- Any exposure to applying for business grants or admin-heavy processes
